INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the spring end of the clip at the base of the brick.

2. Push clip upward by depressing the spring until the teeth go over the brick. (A screwdriver can be used as a lever to depress the spring.)

3. Push the clip flush against the brick for a secure fit. (The size of brick and mortar joints may vary slightly.  If necessary, adjust spring tension by reshaping spring.)

4. To remove the clip, simply depress the spring until the teeth lift off the brick.

 

** In order for the Brick Clip® Fastener to securely grip around the brick, there should be what is referred to as a "square" mortar joint.  The mortar should be set back at least 1/8" from the brick. **
